הקו המנחה היה ליצור חלל מוקפד, מזמין ונעים – כזה שמותאם הן לשהייה משפחתית והן לאירוח ברמה גבוהה.

העיצוב מתאפיין בחומרים טבעיים, גוונים רגועים, פתרונות אחסון חכמים ותחושת זרימה בין הפנים לנוף הירושלמי הפתוח.

This elegant penthouse was thoughtfully designed by our studio to serve both as a luxurious family getaway and a high-end Airbnb rental. Located on the 22nd floor with sweeping views of Jerusalem, the apartment speaks the timeless language of classic design — refined, welcoming, and tailored especially for the Anglo-Saxon audience.

The space balances functionality with beauty, offering a warm and sophisticated atmosphere through natural materials, soft neutral tones, and seamless spatial planning. Every detail was considered to create a harmonious living experience — whether for short stays or meaningful family time in the heart of the city.
